Staying SAFE during the Coronavirus Outbreak

Preparing for the Coronavirus can be stressful so we have compiled a list of things to help you during this time:

  1. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water especially after using the restroom, before a meal, and after sneezing, blowing your nose or coughing.
  2. Stay home if you are sick
  3. Avoid touching your mouth, nose or eyes
  4. Make sure you have at least a 14-day supply of your medications on hand in case you need to stay home
  5. Don’t panic but be prepared (don’t start panic buying)
  6. Make a Emergency Preparedness Kit
  7. Contact your doctor if you become sick

Remember that this is a time to focus on your health and your family.  Stay calm and remember that if you do get sick, the majority of people that develop the Coronavirus (COVID-19) do recover from this virus.  We have ordered our soap and hand sanitizer from our corporate parter, Noodle & Boo, a great company that supports women and girls living with epilepsy. www.NoodleandBoo.com
