Join MES for Epilepsy Education Day at UK Healthcare on June 8th

We are excited to announce that we will be at UK Healthcare for their annual Epilepsy Education Day!  Please join us and hear our Executive Director/Founder Brandy McFadden as the keynote speaker. Brandy will be sharing about living with epilepsy and learning how to THRIVE while on this journey of living with epilepsy.  We are excited to be partnering with Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana and the UK Healthcare System on June 8, 2019 for this exciting event!  This event is open to everyone living with epilepsy as well as their families and caretakers. 

Epilepsy Education Day

On Saturday, June 8, 2019

At the Hilary J. Boone Center

500 Rose Street, Lexington KY

Registration and lunch from 12-12:30pm

Program and care provided for school aged children

This event is free but you must reserve your spot by calling 859.218.5053. You may leave a message, but please include:

  • call back number
  • names of those attending
  • any special physical or dietary needs

Topics include:

  • Living well with epilepsy
  • Cannabinoid science
  • Epilepsy Surgery
  • Women with epilepsy 
  • Epilepsy 101
  • And more
